Been meaning to post these two videos of the Neptune Statue from the fair that they are reconstructing near the convention center in New Orleans. I took this video on August 22, 2009. The first video is of the statue in it's current state. Again, you can see the billboard that blocks the view of the statue from the main road, which I hope they take down. The second video just gives you a perspective on where the statue is located near the convention center.
